ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. 2.The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed by the wife seeking for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.279 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, to the Family Court, Chengalpattu.

3.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is residing at Kandhanchavadi in Kanchipuram District. She is working as a Doctor and it is difficult for her to attend the court hearings before the Family Court, Madurai wherein the husband has filed H.M.O.P.No.279 of 2019.

4.Though the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has filed a counter, there is no specific allegation against the transfer of the case.

5.From the counter, it is seen that the respondent is residing in Chennai. It would be convenient for both the parties to attend the Court proceedings at Principal Sessions Court, Chengalpattu.

6.Hence, the case in H.M.O.P.No.279 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Madurai, and is transferred to the Principal Sessions Court, Chengalpattu. The learned Judge, Family https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1 / 2

Tr.C.M.P.(MD)No.477 of 2019 Court, Madurai, is directed to transmit the entire records in H.M.O.P.No.279 of 2019 to the Principal Sessions Court, Chengalpattu. The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, is hereby directed to issue notice to the respondent, after the case is renumbered.

7.With the above directions, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
