ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is a president of a co-operative housing society. When the society proposed to alienate the petition mentioned assets, the impugned order dated 11.03.2019 came to be passed by the Deputy Registrar (Housing) primarily on the ground that clearance from the pricing committee has not been obtained. During the pendency of the writ petition, the pricing committee has issued proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.8582/2021/Aa4(1), dated 24.06.2022. 3.In view of the subsequent development, the impugned order may no longer hold good. In other words, the Sub Registrar, Thirupparankundram shall not take note of the impugned communication. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the society will proceed in the matter entirely in consonance with the decision of the pricing committee. 2/4
