This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner and his family members.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the enquiry had been conducted. In the enquiry, both the parties appeared and gave an undertaking that they will resolve their dispute through the forum of the Civil Court. Recording the same, CSR.No.373 of 2022 was closed. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner and the Respondents 4 and 5 are directed to seek their remedy through the Civil Court.
