2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that because of the noncooperation on the side of the petitioner, representation that was made by him was closed on 19.04.2023. He failed to produce relevant documents for considering his request. The counter party has also appeared and stated that in respect of the above said issue a suit is also pending before the civil Court. 3.The particulars of the civil Court are not available in the enquiry file. Whatever may be, due to the noncooperation on the side of the petitioner, the above said representation has been closed. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. This petition deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, dismissed.
