The learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner submits that the Revision Petition has became infructuous in view of the disposal of the HMOP on 04.02.2020 before the Court below.
2. By recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
