The learned counsel who appeared for the petitioner has reported no instructions on 14.07.2023. Hence, Registry was directed to issue notice to the petitioners 2 and 3, as the first petitioner was died. On issuance of notice to the petitioners 2 and 3, notice sent to the third petitioner was returned with an endorsement "no residence" and in respect of the second petitioner, despite the name being printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the second petitioner.

2. Therefore, there is no purpose in keeping this civil revision petition on file. Hence, this civil revision petition stands dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
