ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.12.05.2021.and a letter submitted by the Sub Judge, Theni. in D.No.653/2021 dt.25.10.2021 through Principal District Judge, Tin D.No. 7024 /2021 dt.27.10.2021and in the presence of Thiru. Suriya Narayanan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. Vallinayagam, Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' on the letter received from the learned Principal District Judge, Theni, seeking extension of three months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.100 of 2015.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District Judge, Theni, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned Principal District Judge, Theni, by six months and accordingly, it is extended by six months from the date of receipt of communication of this order from the Registry.
