COMMON PRAYER:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records and set aside the order dated 20.03.2017 passed in I.A.Nos.7 & 6 of 2017 in HMOP.No.691 of 2013 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and allow the revision petition.

For Petitioner : Mr.N.Murugesan (in both CRPs.) For Respondent : Mr.K.Sathish Kumar (in both CRPs.) COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection to these petitions are being ordered. However, he seeks for a direction to the Court below for speedy disposal of the case in HMOP.No.691 of 2013.

2.Considering the fact that the above said case is at the stage of evidence, the Family Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of the said case by 31.07.2022, since HMOP is of the year 2013 and still pending this long. Accordingly, these civil revision petition are allowed. No costs.
