ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.09.2024 for the offence punishable under Section 311 of BNS, in Crime No.345 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.Heard both sides.
3.Considering the nature of the allegations against the petitioner that the petitioner robbed money at knife point and considering the fact that the petitioner has also got previous antecedents, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail.
