Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUPASAMY PANDIYAN G, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

The petitioner, who was arrayed as A7 in S.C.No.361 of 2017 and was convicted for various offences including the offence under Section 302 IPC and sentenced by the Trial Court by judgment dated 22.03.2022, had filed the above suspension of sentence petition.

2. After making the submissions, finding that this Court is not inclined to entertain the above petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
