PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give sufficient police protection to fence the petitioner's college premises situated at Veerapanjan Village in Survey Nos.30/1, 39/2 vide the petitioner's Personal Assistant complaint, dated 12.08.2019. This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give sufficient police protection to fence the petitioner's college premises situated at Veerapajan Village in Survey Nos.30/1, 39/2 vide the petitioner's Personal Assistant complaint, dated 12.08.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the compliant lodged by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.129 of 2019 as against the third respondent. Now the investigation is under progress. 3.The learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that he is in possession and enjoyment of the property and there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent herein.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstance of the case, police protection cannot be granted. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in Crime No.129 of 2019 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
