This Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Cr. P.C., praying this Court to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the Learned Principal Sessions Court, Dindigul in Tr.Cr..M.P.No.3802/2021 dt 28.02.2022 and Set aside the same and allow the above Criminal Revision Petition. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. Sitharthan, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. S. Principal Sessions Court order in TR.Cr..M.P.No.3802 of 2021 dated 28.02.2022 and consequently to allow the criminal revision petition in Crl.RC(MD)No.383 of 2022 and to allow the above miscellaneous petition 2.Heard,the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.On perusal of records, on 20.04.2022,this Court heard the counsel on record and passed orders on merits. Therefore,there is no question of recalling the order passed by this Court and it would amount to revising the order passed by this Court. As such, this Court finds no merits in the petition.
