No.15394 of 2022:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying this Court to recall the order passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.383/2022 dt 20.04.2022 and thereby setting aside the order passed by the Learned Principal Sessions Court order in Tr.Cr.M.P.No.3802/2021 dt 28.02.2022 and consequently allow the CRL RC(MD).No. 383/2022 and allow the above petition. Prayer in CRL RC(MD).No. 383 of 2022:

This Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Cr. P.C., praying this Court to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the Learned Principal Sessions Court, Dindigul in Tr.Cr..M.P.No.3802/2021 dt 28.02.2022 and Set aside the same and allow the above Criminal Revision Petition. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. Sitharthan, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. S. Ravi, Additional Public Prosecutor for the 2nd respondent, this Court made the following order: This Miscellaneous petition has been filed to recall the order passed by this Court in Crl.RC(MD).No.383 of 2022 dated 20.04.2022,thereby setting aside the order passed by the learned https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Principal Sessions Court order in TR.Cr..M.P.No.3802 of 2021 dated 28.02.2022 and consequently to allow the criminal revision petition in Crl.RC(MD)No.383 of 2022 and to allow the above miscellaneous petition 2.Heard,the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.On perusal of records, on 20.04.2022,this Court heard the counsel on record and passed orders on merits. Therefore,there is no question of recalling the order passed by this Court and it would amount to revising the order passed by this Court. As such, this Court finds no merits in the petition.
