Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MALAI RAJA J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to produce the sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the 2nd petitioner is a College Student, there is a difficulty in obtaining leave from College and arrangement of sureties. Therefore, they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.13544 of 2022 dated 01.09.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 01.09.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13544 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
