Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation.
2. The petitioner is employed in the respondent Corporation as Special Grade Driver. He wants this Court to permit him to withdraw the amount from his contribution to Provident Fund account for meeting out his medical expenses.
3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The respondents are directed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount eligible under the relevant rules and regulations. The petitioner shall be permitted forthwith and without any delay.
