ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give appropriate direction to the third respondent to give adequate police protection while surveying the property within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.13374 of 2024.

3. It can be seen that by an order dated 24.06.2024, in the above mentioned Writ Petition, this Court had already directed the petitioner to submit an application in online mode, and if such an application is submitted, directed the survey authority to scrutinize the same.

4. Thus, enquiry shall be held and survey to be done as per the directions given by this Court in paragraph No.3 of the said judgment in W.P.(MD)No.13374 of 2024, dated 24.06.2024. The said order has to be duly complied with by the fourth respondent in W.P.(MD)No.13374 of 2024, namely, the Town Surveyor, Land Survey Department, Madurai South, Madurai.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have duly submitted his application.

Therefore, at the time of conducting inquiry, if police protection is required, the said Town Surveyor, Land Survey Department, Madurai South, Madurai, can give a written request to the third respondent herein, namely, the Inspector of Police, C-3, S.S.Colony Police Station, Madurai District, and then, the third respondent shall give protection for surveying of the land.

7. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
