(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent community certificate application dated 18.01.2009 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.26063 of 2019 rejected on 29.01.2019 and the second respondent community certificate application dated 25.06.2019 rejected on 27.07.2019 and to quash the same and to direct the second respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner as Hindu Sambavar Community Schedule Caste category.

2.As per G.O.Ms.No.235 dated 26.06.2015, the petitioner has got remedy by way of an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer and the petitioner has filed the Writ Petition without exhausting the appeal remedy by the Appellate Authority.

3.In these circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
