For Petitioners in both CRPs : Mr.D.Sivaraman For Respondents in both CRPs : No appearance COMMON ORDER When the Civil Revision Petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that both the Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous, in view of compromise arrived at between the parties. He further submits that the first respondent has also agreed to withdraw the Execution Petition in E.P.No.89 of 2012, which is pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai, and a joint memo has also been filed before the Executing Court. He has also made an endorsement in the Court 2/4

bundle to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
