ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ sole accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 420, 466 & 467 of IPC on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Considering the nature of allegations in this case that the petitioner is said to have got some documents including unfulfilled pro-notes etc., for obtaining loan and thereafter he did not obtain loan and that he himself has given a complaint before the Pattukottai Town Police Station stating that all those documents went missing and the complaint was taken on file as CUP.No.1876355 on 06.09.2018 by the said police and now the petitioner is said to claim that these documents were actually given towards the return of the sale agreement advance given by him with reference to one property. In view of the said stand taken by the petitioner before different authorities, this is not a fit case for granting Anticipatory Bail.
