When this matter came up for hearing on 06.03.2020, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that there was no instructions and he has also handed over bundle to the petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioners.
2.Today, even though the names of the petitioners are printed, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners and no vakalat is filed. However, the learned counsel, who appeared for the petitioners on earlier occasion, submitted that this was informed by the party that the matter itself is settled out of Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Therefore, he has represented that nothing survives in this civil revision petition.
3.Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
