This petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned District Munsif, Palani in I.A.No.978 of 2016 in O.S.No.217 of 2006, dated 03.11.2016. 2.Today(18.11.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Registry has submitted the case details that O.S.No.217 of 2006 has been disposed of on 18.07.2014 itself.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requests that if the suit is restored to file, he may be permitted to file necessary application before the trial Court.

4.Considering the fact that the main suit itself has been disposed of during 2014 itself, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file necessary application before the trial Court, if the suit is restored to file. No costs. 18.11.2022 Index : Yes / No.
