He has also produced the proceedings of the Tahsildar in Mu.Mu.Aa2/4297/2022, dated 08.11.2022 rejecting the application of the petitioner stating that the petitioner has to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer as the subject property comes under the UDR scheme.
