ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The judgment of the Division Bench made in W.A(MD)No.1455 of 2014, dated 12.07.2017 is sought to be reviewed. 2.

In the appeal, the Division Bench had confirmed the order of the learned Single Judge which was passed following the earlier orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court. There is no dispute that the respondent is a similarly placed teacher.

Mr.S.Chellapandian, learned counsel appearing for the respondent / teacher would submit that in several other cases, the Government has complied with the orders of this Court. The order of the Division Bench has also been complied with in the case on hand also. 4.

Hence, we see no reason to review the order. The Review Application is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
