When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for both sides represented that the appeal in A.S.No.26 of 2015 filed before the Principal District Court, Dindigul, is disposed of on merits on 20.11.2018. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. 2.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
