ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petition preferred by the 5th respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that there was a civil dispute between the parties with regard to the possession of property and the same will be resolved before the trial Court in the pending suit itself.

3. In view of the said submission, there is no question harassment by the 5th respondent against the petitioner. 2/4

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
