Sankarankovil was dismissed on 23.10.2017 and he has also produced the copy of the order made in H.M.O.P.No.78 of 2011.
3. In view of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication. The present Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
