JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Being aggrieved by the order of the Writ Court, 21.01.2022 made in W.P(MD)No.941 of 2022, the State is on appeal.

2. The question that was agitated in the writ petition is regarding the right of Block Resource Teacher Educators who are accommodated as B.T. Assistants in the Government Services to participate in the counselling.

3. The issue is no longer res integra. A Division Bench of this Court has dismissed a similar challenge made in W.A(MD)No.327 of 2024 vide its order dated 20.03.2024(the Commissioner of School Education and others vs. K.Ravi).
