ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed as against the order allowing the amendment petition filed by the first respondent / plaintiff in the year 2016. The suit was filed in the year 2014 and the same is pending in view of this civil revision petition.

2.There was no representation for the petitioner on 10.01.2022. When the case was taken up for hearing on 16.06.2022, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported 'no instruction' and he has also filed a memo to that extent.

3.In view of the above, the Registry was directed to remove the name of the learned Counsel for the petitioner and to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list. Accordingly, the name of the petitioner was printed in the cause list.

4.Despite the petition being listed under the caption 'for dismissal' and the name of the petitioner being 2/4

printed in the cause list, there was no representation for the petitioner on 20.06.2022 and 24.06.2022 (Today). 5.Therefore this civil revision petition stands dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
