For Petitioners : Mr.M.P.Senthil For Respondents : No appearance C O M M O N O R D E R The instant Civil Revision Petitions have been filed challenging the dismissal of condone delay applications in three first appeals presented before the Principal District and Sessions Court, Thanjavur.

2. Pending revision petitions, the first respondent in all the revision petitions had passed away and applications were filed to implead the legal heirs. However, the legal heirs could not be served. 4/7

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submits that he has no instructions to pursue the matter further.

4. Recording the same, all the Civil Revision Petitions stand dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
