ORDER

This revision petition is filed to set aside the order dated 30.11.2016 in IA.No.221 of 2015 in IDOP.No.48 of 2013 on the file of the District and Sessions Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that IDOP.No.48 of 2013 on the file of the District and Sessions Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil was dismissed for default and the restoration petition is pending. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Since IDOP itself has been dismissed for default, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
