COMMON ORDER The present Revision Petitions arises out of an order passed in an interlocutory application in O.S.No.85 of 2011. As per the report of the learned District Munsif cum Magistrate, Tirubuvanam, dated 07.04.2022, the above said suit in O.S.No.85 of 2011 (renumbered as O.S.No.219 of 2019), now pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tirubuvanam was dismissed as not pressed on 29.09.2021. Hence, nothing survives in the above Revision Petitions. The Revision Petitions stand dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
