Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for the records relating to the order dated 27.02.2017 made in I.A.No. 110 of 2016 in H.M.O.P No. 62 of 2016 on the file of the Sub court, Sankarankovil and set aside the same.

ORDER : This Civil Revision petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.Thangaraj, Advocate for the Respondents this court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 03.01.2022, had partly allowed this petition by reducing the maintenance amount from a sum of Rs.20,000/- to a sum of Rs.15,000/-. The entire arrears from the date of the application till the date of the payment was directed to be made on or before 01.02.2022. On payment of the entire arrears, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2016, which was dismissed for default was directed to be restored.

2.It is informed that the petitioner has approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the order dated 03.01.2022 has not been complied with.

3.Considering the fact that there is no compliance of the order dated 03.01.2022 passed by this Court, the order dated 27.02.2017 passed by the learned Sub Judge, Sankarankovil in I.A.No.110 of 2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

in H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2016 stands restored. The Civil Revision Petition, therefore, stands dismissed.
