COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are filed to set-aside the fair and decreetal order of warrant of arrest made in E.P.No.39 & 40 of 2015, dated 02.06.2017 in O.S.No.234 of 2010 and O.S.No.23 of 2013 respectively, (on the file of the District Munsif, Vaikom, State of Kerala), which was transferred to the District Munsif, Kovilpatti.

When the revisions were taken up for hearing on 31.03.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the cases were directed to be listed today (11.04.2023) under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
