The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the judgment debtor challenging the order arising out of ex parte decree. The learned I Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirapalli, by her letter dated 11.09.2023 has informed this Court that after completion of imprisonment period, the execution proceeding have been closed. Nothing survives to be adjudicated in the Civil Revision Petition. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
