"This petition is filed to set aside the dismissal order dated 01.02.2023. 2.Crl.RC(MD)No.1135 of 2022, was dismissed for default on 01.02.2023. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
