ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide necessary police protection to the third respondent and the Revenue Officials during the survey and earmark the four boundaries in S.Nos.176A/1A3, situated at Yilankulam Village, Naguneri Taluk,

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.536 of 2024 came to be registered and enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to issue notice 2/4

to the petitioner as well as the private respondent and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
