This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute regarding the D.No. 11/91, Kamarajar Road, Kodaikanal 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the first respondent submits that there is no petition /no petition pending against the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed. However, the first respondent is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the second respondent.
