2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2019, after issuing notice to the third respondent herein and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations and direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
