ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the docket order dated 07.08.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.4172 of 2023 in 1/3

Crl.M.P.No.3374 of 2023 in C.A.No.106 of 2023 on the file of the Additional District Judge No.II, Thoothukudi.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the present revision case has been filed challenging the order of Extension of Time petition in Crl.M.P.No.4172 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.No.3374 of 2023 in C.A.No.106 of 2023. He further submitted that the suspension of sentence petition in Crl.M.P.No.3374 of 2023 was dismissed on 26.09.2023 and therefore the petitioners has to challenge the order of dismissal of suspension of sentence. Hence, nothing survives in this Criminal Revision Case and he also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
