ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 127(2), 308(3) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.262 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of allegation in this case that the petitioner herein and other accused took away the defacto complainant in the secluded place and then wrongfully restrained him and the money was taken from him, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
