ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner and family members.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that already interim stay was granted to the petitioner in W.P(MD) No.15790 of 2022 by this Court, on the order passed by the Regional Development Officer. The complaint that was given by the third respondent is closed by advising the parties to workout their remedy in the pending Writ proceedings itself.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter.

4. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 03.10.2023 NCC :
