O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider our representation dated 22/09/2023 and permit the petitioner association to continue the Tharna in allotted place from 29-09-2023 for 4 weeks.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the above said request has been rejected by third respondent by the order dated 22.09.2023 and that was already communicated to the petitioner.

3. But without knowing about the above said rejection, this petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus inspite of seeking Certiorarified Mandamus.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, liberty is granted to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above said liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
