ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to complete the effective investigation and find out the miscreants involved in the Crime No.8 of 2023 within a stipulated time may be fixed by this Court and to file final report within a stipulated time may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, would submit that this case involves online fraud. The money was routed through various accounts throughout India, covering many States. Therefore, it takes a little time to cover to unearth the money. The CCTV footage and other details from the bank are also sought. The investigation is in progress, and the same would be conducted as expeditiously as possible.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation within a period of six 3/5

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
