This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to consider the representation dated 25.07.2023 and further direct the 1st respondent to issue a Non Traceable Certificate to the petitioner in respect of his original Sale Deed in Document No. 497/2005 and 73/2006 dated 25.05.2005 and 27.01.2006 respectively registered on the file of the Sub Registrar of Registration, Moolakaraipatti in Tirunelveli District.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

3.Heard both sides.

4. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that the certificate that is issued by the respondent is not accepted by the concerned department. On that ground, this petition has been filed. 2/5

5. This Court is not in a position to understand the grievance of the petitioner. If there is error or defect in the certificate issued by the second respondent, the petitioner can approach the competent authority to rectify the above said defect. But without resorting such remedy, this petition has been filed. Let the petitioner appear before the second respondent and make request to rectify the above said error. The second respondent is directed to consider the request to be made by the petitioner immediately.

6. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
