ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner as against the order of attachment passed u/s.8F of the EPF Act.

2.The main contention of the petitioner is that even before the expiry of the limitation period for filing appeal as against the order imposing damages u/s.14B and interest u/s.7Q of the EPF Act, the Authority has passed this order of attachment.

3.It is reported that the petitioner has now filed an appeal in ATA.No. 272 of 2019. The appeal has been entertained and an interim order of protection was also provided by the appellate authority. 4.Learned Counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 / PF Authorities submitted that the impugned order passed u/s.8F of the EPF Act has been recalled, pursuant to the order passed by the Appellate Authority. Recording the above submission, this writ petition stands closed, as no further order is required to be passed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Index :
