The learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the respondents are present.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 08.08.2017 made in I.A.No.520 of 2013 in O.S.No.75 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Manamadurai.

3. The prayer in I.A.No.520 of 2013 is, to condone the delay of 617 days in restoring the suit. The said petition was allowed by the trial Court, against which, the revision petitioner preferred this Revision.

4. A perusal of the on-line case details reveals that the suit in O.S.No.75 of 2010 was restored on 20.08.2019 and the same was disposed of on the same day (20.08.2019). Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

5. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
