ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set-aside the fair and decreetal order dated 10.08.2017 made in I.A.No.126 of 2017 in O.S.No. 176 of 2007 on the file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District. 2.Today (11.04.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the main suit in O.S.No.176 of 2007 on the file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District has been disposed of on 11.12.2018 and he prays that the petition may be closed. He had also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

3.Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
