PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records relating to the impugned fair and decreetal order dated 04.08.2017 passed in I.A.No.303 of 2015 in O.S.No.61 of 2013 passed by the learned II Additional District Munsif, Kuzhithurai and set aside the same.

ORDER
The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".
2.By order, dated 24.03.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.61 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.39, dated 09.01.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order, dated 24.03.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.
4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 24.03.2025. 20.02.2026 pal
