These Civil Revision Petitions are filed to call for the records of the fair and executable order dated 27.07.2023 passed in I.A.No.1221 of 2022 in O.S.No.731 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai Town and fair and executable order dated 22.06.2023 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.43 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, set aside the same thereby allow the I.As. and to reject the plaint filed in O.S.No.731 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town and O.S.No.43 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk.

2. When the matters were taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matters have been settled between the parties out of the Court. Therefore, the prayer in these petitions have become infructuous.
