ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the statutory application/representation preferred by the petitioner dated 10.11.2019 made under Section 69(5) r/w 65 of the Waqf Act, 1995. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a statutory application/representation dated 10.11.2019 to the first respondent and the said representation has not been considered sofar. He further submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.25529 of 2019 4.Without going into the merits of the case and considering the limited prayer, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
