This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provide police protection for the petitioner and his family members life and limb based on the petitioner's representation, dated 03.09.2019.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 03.09.2019 the case has been registered in Crime No.152 of 2019. Now investigation is going on.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner.
